WHAT I ATE:::
I started off by eating some amazing beef chili with fritos covered in cheddar cheese, which is more commonly known as a "frito boat," except there was far more chili than fritos in this mix. Then Alicia made some amazing cupcakes covered in red or yellow sprinkles. We also had a couple casual dips of french onion and spinach artichoke along side carrot sticks, mushroom caps, celery, and radishes. Last but not least we made "pizza pinwheels", which consists of pepperoni, salami, mozzerella (monterey jack works just as well), chopped basil, and spinach rolled into pizza crust brushed with olive oil and baked at 425 for 15-20 minutes. Then you just cut the rolls into 1 inch wide slices.
